If each disease treated by the Americans of Lauderdale by the Sea with oxygen therapyand has they say could be resolved then there will be no doubts. The Medicine Nobel Award would be already assigned.
After what the Erin Brockovich of Jesolo Marilisa Rizzetto revealed us doubts are more than appropriate. We should say, we must have doubts about. The fact that FBI did not give her a feedback after her complaints leave us without words, if we only think that recently the Beaureau

Italians would like to know other things than UFO, that’s way we contacted Professor Binda Zane Paolo who is the Manager of the Lombard Institute for Hyperbaric Medicine and President of A.N.C.I.P. (National Association of private Hyperbaric centers). We would like to know what is the
truth behind this story.
What can you say us about the oxygentherapy done with low pressure which overseas seem to be the solution for each illness? We do not know much about oxygen, is this solution
excessive? ‘We use hyperbaric chambers for certain illnesses, the Sismi (Italian society for diving and hyperbaric medicine) made a long time ago a protocol which describes such kind ofuses. On the United States thing are done different, they use a dose which is much more lighter. Sismi does not recognize all this and is against hyperbaric therapies on children’s cerebral palsy. This is not all: what the Americans of Lauderdale by the Sea are selling has no scientific value’.
Well, do you think Italian people are gullible? We do think that abroad everything is better than
here. ‘ We do have Italian scienstists which are world know, but sometimes we do not know it. All I can say is that the Americans of Lauderdale by the Sea are working based on Neubauer’s publications who are taken from studies of a scarse scientific value. That’s why we do not agree with such a therapy, we deny any efficacy .
We can only give a weak chink if it is done with a serious experimentation’.
This is the base of each scientific criteria… we all are very angry. We do have many Italian
charlatans which promise us heaven and earth, even false dentists. We must welcome even Americans who sell us dreams. And I am using a simple euphemism.
They are were talented in business as all Americans are. They are very fascinated to money… I just can refear myself to what miss Rizzetto said. She is a person with an incredible grit! She started complaining against these persons which are painted by her as false doctors a long time ago because they come to Italy and treat Italian children with neurological diseases. Personally three years ago I
have asked to scientific authorities, Helth Ministry, Neurological Institute Besta, hyperbarc centers in Lombardia, pediatric department of psychiatric hospital at the University in Verona to make experiments which permits to say or not if these treatments are worthless . The ethic comitee of Lombardia is still considering the matter… We really must give an answer because each family
who goes to the United States (FLORIDA) spends amounts closed to 200.000/300.000 euro each. Sometimes they use planes of Aereonautica Militare, they ask ASL (Italian Medicaid) remboursements. We must discover if there is a good reason to spend so much money or not.
Do you know if there are also American unbelivers? Or do all American doctors believe in the
validity of these treatments?
In the University of Tampa for example there is Professor Camponeri which comes often in Italy to our symposiums and he always is in the opinion that such a therapy is a waste of time. This is a well organized commercial operation, which is concluded with the sell of smoke. For this
reason when I knew that these people were coming to Milan I wrote a letter to the Medical College but as always happens things go slowly…they are very crafty people, they pay attention in not wrong doing. When they come to Italy they stay in an hotel and they welcome families whitout visiting, they just read papers and exams…in this way they avoid a complaint for abuse of medical
exercise.
Even if they do not visit, they charge people. Business is business, that’s right.
We could not close the article without asking Marilisa Rizzetto, if she wanted to tell us something else.’ Many real American doctors with real experience in hyperbaric field say the same things of professor Binda Zane Paolo. For sure two years at 4001 Ocean Drive in Lauderdale by the Sea
patients were treated at 1.1 Ata. Treating patients at 1.1 Ata has the same value of walking on the sea or sitting around a pool. To all Italian patients they delivered oxygen with low temperature and until now I was not able to find a patients of them who had two spect scans. All the improvements mentioned on journals and television are only impressions, they can not be proved scientifically. In my opinion even dr Neubauer did a real scientific study. If he did , his daughter would have sold it to scientific reviews or given to specialized equipes of real doctors. Before letting Ocean Hyperbaric
Neurological Center print their folder with listed 41 illnesses as approuved and deliver it in Italy FDA Food and Drug administration, which contemplate only 13 illnesses should have checked
the lies they sell to those who hope to improve their health conditions’.
It is never late. I hope. FDA has and must do. This is a moral duty. FDA must control all the
diseases treated by Neubauer, Rodas, Wells and Daviglus from their opening. For each patient must be prouved if there are or not spect scans before and after their treatments. Fda must start this work of control even for the years in which the clinic was not called Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center but
Clinical Baromedical CTR inc. Once this work has been done it must be revealed to the public. FDA and Italian medicine think on the same way, they treat the same illnesses and they are only 13. This means that all the children who left Italy for America they traveled without a reason and it has been only a waste of money.’

It is about the meeting that Therapies4kids and Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center had in Jesolo.
Rodas says to treat all kind of epileptic diseases but this is not true. If a person who suffers of epilepsy is inside an hyperbaric chamber and has a crisis nobody can help her. Futher he says he does not have a scheme for delivering oxygen, he just uses his experience. This is not how a real doctor work. Doses
and certain evaluations are fundamental for the delivering of a medicine and oxygen is a medicine’.

She is more dogged than we are! She thinks she must advise all the parents that they must pay attention, theyare blind because they are ready to do everything for their special needed children. We have called her Erin Brockovich because of the grit she is showing in this challenge , which seems
to be bigger than her.
Unprecedented are the things that Marilisa Rizzetto told us and keep on telling. It is horrible that no one replied to her complaints. We have no words for a reply also this time. As we wrote in the articles before Italian ASL sent money directly to American societies which make not scientifically approuved treatments to sick and disabled children.
We can not describe with some words Marilisa’s face after hearing us calling Therapies4kids and Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center asclinics. She translated the materials of these two societies as volounteering when she wrongly thought they were real doctors helping disabled children. On the web , on the newspapers and on television they are wrongly called clinics of excellence. There is only one thing that must be called of excellence there at 4001 Ocean Drive in Lauderdale by the Sea : it is the way to fraud disabled children. I am not afraid to repeat it: there is no licence under the name of Therapies4kids in all the State of Florida. The staff does not have licences released by health Florida
State department’.
It is not all. The material that they use is contraffacted. Ocean hyperbaric Neurological Centerafter the death of Francesco Pio Martinisi (4) and of his grandmum inside an hyperbaric chamber has now reopened under a new name , which is similar to the one used before. There, there was only Dr George F Daviglus as Medical Doctor with an hyperbaric knowledge of onlytwo weeks.
You have mentioned in the last weeks Luis Rodas too.In Florida he is a Pac, he is an assistant and without a MD medical doctor he can not work. His wife has a fictious name. She works with her sons inside the OHNC . She prepares proforma invoices that parents will present to Italian Medicaid.
I saw some of that proforma invoices and it is clear enough that they can not be real. No human being can have 2 daily oxygen divings for 6 days a week for 36 weeks and with this hope to improve their health conditions.
Who pays Therapies4kids? Sometimes parents pay with money collected with found raising, sometimes parents pay with money they have received by Italian ASL, in many other occasions Italian ASL sent money directly to Therapies4kids.
She is very fierce on this point. She find not reasonable that public structures give money directly to Therapies4kids. It is obvious! It is just a normal practice…Before sending a patient abroad they should have asked their business profile and the criminal past of the owners…but this for sure has never been done before. I tell you something more. The billsfor treatments done at Therapies4kids and Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center have even been stamped by the Italian Consulate in Miami, which is at 4000 Ponce de Leon BLVD, suite 509, Coral Gables. Without that stamp Asl could not justify their reimboursement.
She is telling us something incredible…Now we talk about an institution which is held directly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. “I know, if the Italian Consulate which is there to protect the interests of Italians investigated before, it would not had stamped even the first bill.
Therapies4kids owns to Eileen and Leonard De Oliveira, which American courts know already because of their criminal past in several American States. Attorney general Lisa Madigan processed them civily because of their big fraud of 90.000 dollars in Illinois. In this occasion infact they cheated 103 televiewers from Canada and America…These televiewers donated to Eileen and Leonard De Oliveira their bank accounts from where they took money fraudly and never gave them what they payed for. After the sentence they even deny any wrong doing.
Miss Rizzetto, you are a neverendless source of news. Let me finish please. On the State of
Illinois they are recidivists. After being processed they continued doing the same felony. I have tried to reach Attorney General Lisa Madigan more than once, but I was not able to. I wanted to advise her . Eileen and Leonard De Oliveira have a non profit society called Bright Steps Forward. After being
processed they went back to the United center in Chicago and they started found raising. The probe is on the web, watch the video . As the Italo American spokesman Joe Gannascoli who played in the soap Soprano they were collecting money for children with autism and cerebral palsy. Those who trasted them thought they were helping children in need and not recidivist cheaters to fraud American state. In Italy the societies are called spa, srl, snc etc… and in America they have codes. On his web page Bright Steps Forward is a 501c3 non profit society, but if you ask for a business profile the code changes.On November 2009 when I asked for a profile business of all the societies related to this cheat I noticed they did the American 990 Tax. I found they declared they earned 22.855 us dollars on year 2006 and the year after 7.121 us dollars , the 990 tax form for year 2008 was missing.
Americans and Italians cheated! I would say joint pain… but I think it is better to be
silent.
‘As we demonstrate on the video posted on april 23rd 2008 Bright Steps Forward asked donations to the State of Illinois, on December 13th close to Christmas they made another found raising that they
called Santa Cause. It is not a common episode to cheat at the same time 50 American States and be discovered by a girl and above all Italian. On the spot the spokesman ask the viewers to make donations using the number 877 Now I Can, which is based on Lauderdale by the Sea. The spot is still online and from all the 50 States televiewers can still make donations which arrive directly in
Miami. Their craving in making money did not stop even in front of the Italian child of 4 years who fought between death and live for 42 days. Without asking his parents’ permission they have put
the picture of the child and they have written the family name in a wrong way and they asked people to make donations for this child trought Bright Steps Forward. Parents never received that money. This is not an isolate episode of their wrongdoing. On year 2008 they did the same to an American child”.
Marilisa is crying strongly, she is afraid that all her efforces may not be enough to avoid other victims , which hope to find in these structures an opportunity of health improvement which will never happen. ‘I will continue on this battle of mine, no other child must be cheated again.
