Licensure and scope of practice is governed by Florida Statute 458.347 and by the rules and regulations of the physician and depends on the written plan. Before anything is prescribed the patient the patient has a right to see the MD if he or she asks to.
The PA must clearly identify him or herself as a PA not an MD

Poi un'altra cosa da dire a chi non lo sapesse e' che in America quando una donna contrae matrimonio con un uomo acquisisce il cognome del marito. Se la donna quindi ha un nome falso lo ha pure il marito.

There is another important thing to say. In America when a woman get married with a man she obtain his family name. If the woman has a fictious name this will neam that her husband too has a fictious name. In our case Leah Rodas has a fictious name and therefore her husband and her sons too.
Rodas Luis (Pac) has a fictious name and visits and 'treats' sick and disabled people in Florida who come from the entire world. He visits and deceives people in Italy too.
Leah Rodas has a fictious name and prepares bills and she dials with payments.
Vicky Rodas has a fictious name and acts a pharmacist inside the Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center.
Pedro Rodas has a fictious name and untill now I was not able to find out a certificate. The day of the fire (may 1st, 2009) in which Francesco Pio Martinisi and his grandmum died he was pressing the buttom for the decompression but it was not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Il 04 novembre 2009 sono stata alla Miami Dade Library e qui ho trovato che la societa' non profit Bright Steps Forward di Leonard ed Eileen De Oliveira ha fatto la dichiarazione di quanto incassato (990 tax) per gli anni 2006 e 2007. Mancava quindi la dichiarazione per l'anno 2008.
On november 2009 I went to Miami Dade Library and there I found that Bright Steps Forward of Leonard De Oliveira and Eileen De Oliveira made 990 tax for years 2006 and 2007. 990 tax was missing for year 2008.
Now I made the same investigation and I found that Bright Steps Forward did 990 tax for year 2008. As you can see they declared 37.900 us dollars.
Ora ho fatto la stessa indagine ed ho scoperto che Bright Steps Forward ha fatto la dichiarazione 990 tax per l'anno 2008. Come potete vedere dichiarano un incasso di 37.900 dollari.

A marzo 2008 David Margolis fratello di Eileen De Oliveira ha fatto il video che riproduco per chiedere sponsorizzazioni. Ci sono 106 bambini a cui versare le donazioni. La cifra minima sono 25 dollari.
On march 2008 David Margolis, Eileen's brother made the video I reproduce to ask sponsorisations. There were 106 kids to whom someone could donate. The slowest ammount to donate is 25 dollars.
On 2008 a mum asked 7 times to Eileen De Oliveira to remouve her son's picture from Bright Steps Forward. She asked Eileen to give some money to an hyperbaric center but Eileen refused both things.
