Sfogliando in lungo ed in largo il mio blog si trovano tante cose su questo postaccio erroneamente definito clinica e sui criminali che vi lavorano. Solo due sono stati puniti in maniera soft gli altri proprio neanche guardati da Polizia, Sceriffo etc...

Non mi ripeto ma ogni post di questo mio blog afferma che cio' che mi ha risposto 'signor' Scott Del Beato della Florida Health Department e' una mega BUGIA. Non sta ne' in cielo ne in terra.

Non hai visto che tutti i finti certificati li ha fatti RODAS Luis che per il dipartimento per cui lavori e' un PAC cioe' assistente e senza un MD Medical Doctor non puo' ne' visitare ne' toccare un paziente in Florida.
You have not noticed that all the 'certificates' are done by RODAS Luis which is for the department you work for a PAC ,an assistent and without a MD Medical Doctor he can not touch or visit a patient in FLORIDA.
Se non puo' lavorare in Florida di sicuro non lo puo' fare neanche in Italia, dove si e' pure fatto pagare 100 Euro a disabile.
If he can not work in Florida for sure he can not do it in Italy, were he has been without MD and asked 100 Euro to each disabled child for a visit.

This certificate has been written by Luis Rodas to a child from Malta. As I have already proved on this blog Rodas Luis is a Pac and therefore he can not act without the supervision of a Medical Doctor.

To the authorities of Malta and America;
Read my blog from the beginning. This child who was followed already by an oncologist in Malta has been cheated by Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center. A pac and therefore a non authorized medical doctor treated this child with a pressure of 1.1 ATA. In other words this child wasted money and time there.
SOLO CON SPECT SCAN PRIMA E DOPO OSSIGENOTERAPIA A QUESTO PAZIENTE SI POTEVA SCRIVERE CHE C'ERA UN MIGLIORAMENTO.
Only with a spect scan before and one after the treatment of oxygentherapy to this patient it could be written that there was an emprouvement.

An MD is a medical doctor licensed to practice medicine independently in Florida or any state in which he or she is licensed.
A Physician's Assistant (PA) cannot practice independently.
Graduates of foreign medical schools are eligible to be PAs.
Licensure and scope of practice is governed by Florida Statute 458.347 and by the rules and regulations of the physician and depends on the written plan. Before anything is prescribed the patient the patient has a right to see the MD if he or she asks to.
The PA must clearly identify him or herself as a PA not an MD
DIAMO UN'OCCHIATA ALLA DEFINIZIONE PRIMA.
Un MD e' un medico abilitato ad esercitare medicina indipendentemente in Florida od in qualsiasi stato in cui e' stato abilitato.
Un assistente PA non puo' esercitare indipendentemente.
Chi si e' laureato in scuole di medicina estere si definisce PAs.
Licenze e finalita' della pratica sono regolate dallo Statuto della Florida 458.347 e dalle regole e regolamenti del fisico e dipendono da un programma scritto.
Prima che qualsiasi cosa sia prescritta al paziente il paziente ha il diritto di vedere un MD se lei o lui lo richiede.
Il PA assistente deve espressamente qualificarsi come un PA e non spacciarsi per MD.

Rodas went on January 2009 alone without other MD but with Therapies4kids in Jesolo Lido (Ve) and Milan where he visited disabled and sick children. In Milan each child was charged 100 Euros too!!!
Rodas a gennaio 2009 senza altri Medici ma con Therapies4kids e' arrivato a Jesolo Lido (Ve) e Milano a visitare bambini disabili ed ammalati. A Milano ogni bimbo ha perfino pagato 100 Euro!!!!

Rodas Luis (Pac) is telling parents that at Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center they treat all kind of epilepsy and they do not have a scheme. Oxygen is a medicine and must be delivered only by real doctors.

Il meeting a Jesolo lo ho organizzato io e nessuno a me aveva detto che Rodas era un Pac e non un medico vero. Eileen De Oliveira e Leonard De Oliveira me lo avevano presentato come un vero medico iperbarico.
I have organized the meeting in Jesolo and noone told me before that Rodas was a Pac and not an MD. Eileen De Oliveira and Leonard De Oliveira introduced him to me as an hyperbaric MD.
Therapies4kids prepara pure le fatture per trattamenti fatti alla Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center.
Guardate per favore questa fattura timbrata al consolato Italiano sito in 4000 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Suite 590- Coral Gables, Miami, Florida e quindi poi rimborsata dalla ASL dove addebitano 200 dollari al povero paziente per una visita di Rodas.
Therapies4kids prepares also bills for treatments done at Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center. watch at this bill please, which has also been stamped by the Italian Consulate in 4000 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Suite 590- Coral Gables, Miami, Florida and therefore later remboused by Italian ASL (Medicaid). In this bill you can see a charge of 200 dollars to the poor patient for a Rodas' visit.
Poi un'altra cosa da dire a chi non lo sapesse e' che in America quando una donna contrae matrimonio con un uomo acquisisce il cognome del marito. Se la donna quindi ha un nome falso lo ha pure il marito.
Nel nostro caso Leah Rodas ha nome falso ed quindi anche il marito ed i figli sfoggiano un nome falso.
Rodas Luis (Pac) ha nome falso e visita e 'cura' da solo ammalati e disabili in Florida provenienti da tutte le parti del mondo, visita ed illude ammalati in Italia.
Leah Rodas ha nome falso emette le fatture e gestisce i pagamenti .
Vicky Rodas ha nome falso e fa la farmacista alla Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center.
Pedro Rodas ha nome falso e non ho trovato alcuna licenza finora. Il giorno dell'incidente del 01.05.2009 in cui sono morti Francesco Pio Martinisi e la sua nonna Pesce Vincenza schiacciava il bottone della decompressione che non funzionava!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is another important thing to say. In America when a woman get married with a man she obtain his family name. If the woman has a fictious name this will neam that her husband too has a fictious name. In our case Leah Rodas has a fictious name and therefore her husband and her sons too.
Rodas Luis (Pac) has a fictious name and visits and 'treats' sick and disabled people in Florida who come from the entire world. He visits and deceives people in Italy too.
Leah Rodas has a fictious name and prepares bills and she dials with payments.
Vicky Rodas has a fictious name and acts a pharmacist inside the Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center.
Pedro Rodas has a fictious name and untill now I was not able to find out a certificate. The day of the fire (may 1st, 2009) in which Francesco Pio Martinisi and his grandmum died he was pressing the buttom for the decompression but it was not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ah , se si dovesse insinuare che era sempre presente un MD medical doctor durante l'orario di apertura non credeteci assolutamente. L'unico MD Medical Doctor designato per la Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center e' George F Daviglus come da documento tratto da Florida Department of State.
Ah, if someone says that there was always an MD Medical doctor present at Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center do not believe such a lay. As per Florida State Departments' document the only MD assigned is Daviglus F George.

Daviglus F George could not be always present because he has other surgeries in Miami.
When I went there on april 2009 and I came there expressly to pick up scientific material that they wrote they would have given me I had to wait 2 days before meeting him because he was not at Ocean Hyperbaric Neurological Center.
